Bonaj AB is a Swedish contract manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and metal stamping, transforming raw materials like stainless steel and plastic granules into finished products for various industrial sectors. Established in 1991 in Eskilstuna by Jan Rydén and Bo Wikström, the company is now managed by second and third generations. Bonaj undertakes large-scale contract production for well-known companies manufacturing household products and garden tools. Furthermore, they supply the construction industry, producing plastic ventilation components for clients such as Pluggit, with exports across Europe. Bonaj also develops and manufactures its own range of household products including garlic presses, butter knives, cheese slicers, spatulas, and kitchen tongs. The company offers a complete solution from idea generation and detailed design, including advanced 3D plastic modeling, through prototyping, precision tool manufacturing, efficient production, meticulous assembly, packaging, and streamlined distribution. Bonaj adheres to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring environmentally adapted production and high quality. They have continuously expanded their warehousing capabilities, including a new 1280m³ warehouse and a 150-pallet space fire-protected tool room opened in 2015, and invest in new machinery like two Avery Dennison fastening machines and a two-component injection molding machine for multi-material parts.
