The Egyptian Company for Grain Milling (ECGM), established in August 2012, specializes in producing high-quality 72% extraction wheat flour for a variety of food products, including bread, biscuits, pastries, and pasta. ECGM also manufactures hard wheat bran, which is utilized as fodder for cattle, and soft wheat bran, specifically for certain bread and bakery applications. Initially producing 60 tons per day, the company expanded its capacity to 300 tons per day, becoming a reputable small to medium-sized business player in the Egyptian wheat and flour market. Located in Sadat City, Al Buhayrah, Egypt, ECGM maintains a wheat storage capacity of 10,000 metric tons, catering to both industrial and household needs.
