Globalfer is a family-owned holding group with roots in the agro-food sector, established in 1973 with agricultural and livestock production and progressively expanding into the food industry. Formally constituted as Globalfer, SGPS, SA in 2005, the group has diversified its operations to include agricultural and forestry production, animal feed and pet food, poultry farming, meat and cured meat industries, vegetarian and healthy foods, food distribution, construction, and real estate development. The company initiated its internationalization process in the early 2000s through partnerships in Angola and Brazil. Globalfer operates 15 companies, 16 farms, 7 industrial units, and 4 commercial offices, focusing on quality, innovation, and responsibility to create solutions that drive business and generate value for clients and partners.
