Joli Foods operates robust research and development laboratories in Bogotá and Medellín, supporting clients in new product creation. Since 2004, the company has expanded through mergers and acquisitions, including Colorisa S.A.S in 2014, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities for semi-finished products for confectionery and baking. In 2018, Química Aromática S.A. changed its name to Joli Foods S.A.S. The company serves over 3,500 national clients and has expanded internationally, exporting baking and confectionery products to Ecuador, Panama, Venezuela, and Chile, among other countries.
