Refund & Return Policies
We accept returns and offer refunds if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described in our listing.
If the buyer orders the wrong item, we accept returns of unused goods in original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; refunds are issued after inspection and functional testing of the returned item.
Shipping Policies
We ship worldwide using trusted courier services with tracking. Shipping costs include transport and any applicable fuel surcharges and are quoted at the time of order based on destination and weight.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are shipped under DAP Incoterms (Delivery at Place); the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
We carefully pack all items for safe transport and typically dispatch within 1 business days after receipt of payment.
Warranty Policies
New and unused items are supplied with a 24‑month warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
Used and refurbished items include a 1‑month functional warranty from the date of delivery; they are guaranteed to arrive in working condition unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of the product.
Billing Terms
Payment is due within 5 business days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received; we do not offer credit terms by default.
For established customers, alternative payment terms may be agreed on a case‑by‑case basis.
