Refund & Return Policies

Return Policy Levtech Service and Production SRL will warranty against all defects stemming from manufacturing, or if you received the incorrect part. To be eligible for a return, we ask you to contact us via: Phone: +40 758 576 007, e-mail: [email protected]. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund/Credit (less shipping charges) subject to Return Conditions. Return Conditions: Items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. All returns are processed within 1-3 weeks of the receipt of returned products. All charges related to the return of items to Levtech Service and Production SRL is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will send you a new product or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus a 10% restocking fee (depending on reason for return).

Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping: Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases, your order will arrive within a couple of days (2-3 days). Orders are shipped using DHL, Fancourier, GLS, DPD services and along with a delivery confirmation. Express Shipping: DHL Express Delivery is available for an additional charge.
