Liam Lab

LIAM is an industrial research laboratory that has been developed by IMA SpA, SITMA SpA, SACMI SC, SELCOM SpA and Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions SpA. For over a decade, CRIT srl has provided a collaborative environment for these companies to address specific problems with innovative solutions and to share new skills and technologies among personnel. During the first two years of the laboratory (2011-2012), the laboratory will focus on virtual prototyping solutions for predictive diagnostics, software architecture that is machine and platform independent, and benchmarking of industrial commercial platforms.
