Although you should know the engineer responsible for your company, you can receive immediate support from other Logic, Inc. members with only a phone call. Team Work - All Logic, Inc. employees are motivated to help every customer Logic, Inc. does not believe competition between sales and support is good business practice. To this end, all members are employed on a non-commission basis. Through our group bonus system, all Logic, Inc. members are motivated to ensure all customers receive the best service possible. Bottom Line - We will not let you fail Our success depends on your success. If you share with us your vision for a product solution along with as much technical information you can, hopefully we will be able to offer a solution using our products. If we say up front that this solution will work, then we will commit whatever resources it takes to see that this happens. We cannot do the work for you, but we can make sure that our solution is technically viable.
