Refund & Return Policies

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item, you must organize and pay for the transport to our warehouse. Refunds are only processed via bank transfer after the goods are received in their original packaging, inspected within 48-72 hours, and confirmed to be free of damage or signs of use. In the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the shipping or provide a replacement. However, if damage occurs during transit and the carrier was hired by the customer, the responsibility lies with the buyer to file a claim with their own insurance or transport provider.

Warranty Policies
