Marvel Fusion GmbH

Marvel Fusion GmbH is a laser fusion technology developer in the clean energy and deep-tech sector, headquartered in Munich, Germany, with additional operational facilities in Fort Collins, Colorado. The company specializes in commercializing inertial laser-driven fusion power plants, high-energy industrial laser systems, and pulsed neutron sources for energy production, defense, and semiconductor testing. Its proprietary technology platform combines diode-pumped solid-state laser drivers, semiconductor-based nanostructured targets, and non-cryogenic fuel cycles engineered for commercial grid deployment. Marvel Fusion operates the ATLAS laser demonstration platform in partnership with Colorado State University to validate diode-pumped laser efficiency, target handling, and short-pulse beam operations. In collaboration with power plant engineering partner Siemens Energy, the organization develops integrated fusion cores, energy conversion units, and power plant infrastructure. Commercial laser technology is commercialized through its subsidiary Caelora, serving scientific research, high-power optics, and industrial material processing applications. Operating across European and North American energy markets, Marvel Fusion serves utility providers, semiconductor manufacturers, and scientific research institutions seeking zero-carbon baseload power and high-flux neutron sources.
