New Black B.V.

New Black B.V. is a software company based in Almere, Netherlands, providing the EVA unified commerce platform for global retail enterprises. The cloud-native SaaS solution integrates point of sale (POS) systems, mobile POS iOS applications, order management systems (OMS), real-time inventory control, and customer relationship tools into one architecture. Retailers utilize EVA to centralize checkout, clienteling, promotion engines, loyalty management, and headless commerce across physical stores, e-commerce websites, and mobile apps. Built with an API-first and modular structure, the platform enables automated general ledger recording, cross-border fiscalization, and compliance across more than 45 countries. The software supports omnichannel fulfillment strategies including click-and-collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and unified cross-channel returns management. Operating natively on iOS hardware, EVA connects store associates directly to inventory, customer purchase history, and fulfillment tasks in real time. Enterprise clients such as KIKO Milano, Rituals Cosmetics, Red Wing Shoes, G-Star RAW, and Intersport use the platform to replace fragmented legacy IT stacks. Integrated payment solutions are delivered through global financial partners including Adyen, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
