Established in 2000 as a successor to ET Elena Mincheva-Oskar (founded in 1992), the company initially focused on the automation of metal-cutting machines and technological processes in mechanical engineering. With over 34 years of experience, OSKAR-EL has successfully completed over 150 significant projects in more than 30 countries globally. Since 2019, OSKAR-EL LTD has partnered with Smartsys Ltd in a joint venture called Stratum Engineering Ltd. They offer services including electrical system design, electrical panel manufacturing, electrical installation, commissioning of technological lines, and programming of technological processes and SCADA systems.
