SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. is a traditional manufacturer and supplier of refractory products, offering specialized services and expert consulting. The company exports nearly 90% of its production to international markets, primarily serving the steel industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metal foundries, energy sector, and construction industry. Established in 2008, SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. was formed through the merger of three significant Czech refractory material producers: Moravské keramické závody (MKZ) Rájec-Jestřebí, KERAVIT Ostrava-Vítkovice, and REFRAMO Kadaň. With roots tracing back to 1831, the company has a long history and tradition in manufacturing refractory products. Its facilities, including the Rájec-Jestřebí and Ostrava plants, produce a range of refractory materials such as ceramic gating systems for casting, ladle closing systems, and high-quality non-shaped refractory products for blast furnace operations, all meeting stringent environmental standards.
