UAB SURFKOLITA is a Lithuanian company established in 1990, specializing in welding, restoration, repair, and manufacturing services for various industrial and automotive parts. The company focuses on restoring and extending the lifespan of transport and industrial equipment components, addressing both ecological and economic concerns by rehabilitating parts instead of replacing them. SURFKOLITA provides services to the automotive repair industry, industrial enterprises, agricultural companies, transport businesses, and the food processing sector. Their expertise includes the restoration of details to original properties and dimensions, even for antique items. The company aims to provide comprehensive solutions for maintaining and enhancing equipment functionality. SURFKOLITA was the first in Lithuania to employ supersonic electric arc metallization for part restoration, widely used in restoring crankshafts, compressor, and electric motor shafts. The metallization technologies used allow for coating with iron alloy, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, or zinc, ensuring minimal thermal impact on the part's surface. Since 2005, the company has expanded its restoration services to include antifriction slide coating renewal using PFA and FEP coatings, especially for equipment used in dairy, bread, and confectionery production. Their 1000 sq.m. production facility is equipped with a wide range of technological equipment, including CNC milling and turning machines, and various manual lathes, milling machines, grinders, and a rotor and shaft balancing stand. SURFKOLITA utilizes specialized equipment for automotive part repair and restoration, such as crankshaft grinding machines, valve seat machines, engine block axis restoration machines, cylinder honing machines, and block surface grinding machines. They also use MIG and TIG welding technologies, capable of welding aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and cast iron.
