The CUJ miniature free mount series is a space saving compact cylinder. It is available in 4mm to 10mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 20mm for double acting and 10mm for single acting. Options include auto switch capabilities, double and single acting, mounting from 4 directions.

The CXSJ Series is a compact dual piston actuator that is lighter and smaller than the conventional CXS unit. Its non-rotating accuracy is 0.1 . The CXSJL high precision ball bushing bearing type allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance. The CXSJM slide bearing type provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts.

The CQS single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.

Series CG1 single rod, double acting air cylinder has 8 bore sizes and can meet any application need. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. Various mounting bracket options are available. CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.

The MY1H Rodless Cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. The integrated high precision linear guide improves positioning accuracy and repeatability. It also features an end-lock option capable of holding the carriage position at the stroke end. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.

The CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted.

The CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes (10-100mm). Rotation angles of up to 270 is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90 and 100 rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications.

SMC s MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.

Series CJ2-Z double acting, single rod, stainless steel tube, air cylinders are available in 10 and 16mm bore sizes with stroke lengths from 15mm to 200mm. Available in 7 mounting types for versatility. Optional features include air cushion, port location and magnet for auto-switch capability.
