The CQS single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.

The VX3 series is a direct operated, 3 port solenoid valve, for use with a wide variety of fluids. It has an enclosure equivalent to IP65 and with its special construction, metal noise is reduced (DC specification). Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.08 to 0.38.

The VFM300 series is a versatile 5 port mechanical valve designed for precision control. This series offers two seal options: rubber (VFM300) or metal (VFM200). With a large flow capacity (Cv 1.0) and high cycle rate, the VFM series is ideal for demanding applications.The VFM series provides flexibility with an internal or external pilot body option and a variety of actuator choices. This makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial automation systems.

Series VF, a five port pilot solenoid valve, offers large flow capacity in a compact size. The VF is available in many variations including three types of manual override and four types of electrical entry. Common exhaust for main valve and pilot valve is also available.

The SYJ Valve is an innovative combination of space efficiency and performance superiority which provides real value to the design solution. Whether designed in a manifold or used as a single valve, this small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements. The SYJ valve utilizes a low power (0.5 watts standard) pilot solenoid design, which dramatically reduces thermal heat generation. Standard single acting single rod version of our NCM stainless steel cylinders. The NCM is available in 3 mounting styles (front nose, double end, rear pivot). Single acting is available in either spring extend or spring return. Bore sizes range from 3/4 to 1 1/2 and standard strokes from 1/2 to 6 . Available with auto-switch capable as standard.

SYA 5 port air operated valves are available in body ported or base mounted styles. The SYA uses the same manifolds as series SY (non plug-in style) for types 20, 41, 42 and 45. One-touch fittings are available on body ported types. Available thread types are Rc, G, NPT or NPTF.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

The VX2 for water is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

The series CU single rod, double acting free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves and rubber bumpers standard.

Standard double acting, non-rotating single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 63mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.
