La Cappuccina Società Agricola s.s. is a distinguished Italian winery and agricultural producer, deeply committed to organic and biodynamic principles, championing biodiversity and eco-sustainability in its viticulture. Founded in 1890 by the Tessari family, with the fourth generation currently at the helm, the company operates from Costalunga di Monteforte d'Alpone, within the Soave DOC production zone on Verona's volcanic hills. Specializing in high-quality organic wines and olive oil, La Cappuccina has been a pioneer in certified organic farming since 1985, meticulously applying these methods from vine cultivation to bottling. The winery manages 42 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Corvina, and Oseleta. This commitment to an agriculture that protects and enlivens the territory ensures their wines are as vibrant as the land they come from. The company's name is inspired by a 17th-century private chapel, annexed to Villa Buri-Tessari, where Capuchin friars once officiated, a motif stylized in their logo.
