Series C96 cylinders conform to ISO 15552. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.

Series VH rotary hand valve s compact design and variety of flow rates make it ideal for a wide range of applications requiring manual directional control. The slide ring design makes the VH valve easy to operate while offering a high tolerance to contamination with its self-cleaning, wiping action .

Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

The SYJ Valve is an innovative combination of space efficiency and performance superiority which provides real value to the design solution. Whether designed in a manifold or used as a single valve, this small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements. The SYJ valve utilizes a low power (0.5 watts standard) pilot solenoid design, which dramatically reduces thermal heat generation. This improves performance, decreases operating costs, and allows for direct control by PLC output relays. All electrical connections for SYJ Valves are available with lights and surge suppression. SYJ series valves can be configured on base mounted manifolds, or individually on sub-plates, creating a variety of solutions to meet your broadest engineering needs.

Series TU tubing represents a new high quality standard in metric size polyurethane tubing. Series TUH, hard polyurethane tubing, is available in a standard or high pressure type and TUS is a soft polyurethane tubing.

Combining compact cylinder size and rotational capability, the MK2 cylinder is designed for heavy duty clamping applications, with an available integrated arm that swings out of the way when the cylinder is extended. 90deg. clockwise or counter clockwise rotation is available, and clamping arms with adjustment screw are standard options. MK2 is available in 6 bore sizes from 20mm to 63mm and stokes from 10 mm to 50 mm.

SMC s 3 port air operated valve, VPA300/500/700 is available in body ported or base mounted styles. The VPA offers a high flow capacity of Cv1.0 (VPA300), Cv2.3 (VPA500), Cv4.0 (VPA700). It is possible to use the series as either a selector valve, or divider valve. The VPA is changeable from a normally closed style to a normally open style.

The AS speed controller variants with push lock allow for easy locking of the flow rate setting without a tool.

The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include PROFIBUS-DP , DeviceNet , CC-Link, Ethernet I/P and EtherCAT , PROFINET, POWELINK and CC-Link IE Field

Series AMC exhaust cleaners insure clean plant air and reduce noise pollution over 35dB. The AMC series also removes over 99.9% of oil mist. Choose from R(PT), NPT or G(PF) thread styles.

SMC s MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.
