The EXGJH and EXLK flexible couplings are specifically designed for applications in areas where vibration and movement present challenges. These couplings serve as a suitable replacement for rigid conduit, particularly in situations requiring difficult bends.

With a range of sizes from 1/2 to 4 inches, these couplings comply with NEC and CEC standards, ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments classified under Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III. Additionally, they hold ATEX certifications for zones labeled Ex II2 GD and Ex d IIC Gb, along with an IP66 rating for dust and water ingress protection.

The construction features an outer braid and inner core tailored to the size specifications: the 1/2 to 2-inch models utilize an outer bronze braid and brass core with an insulating liner, while the 2-1/2 to 4-inch variants are made with an outer stainless steel braid and stainless steel core, also with insulating liner. Standard finishes are natural, with options available for stainless steel configurations and custom lengths upon request.
