The EXGJH and EXLK flexible couplings are specifically designed for applications in areas where vibration or movement may pose challenges. These couplings function effectively as substitutes for rigid conduit in situations requiring difficult bends. Certification and compliance include NEC/CEC standards for sizes 1-1/4 through 4, covering Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F, G; and Class III. Additionally, ATEX certifications are applicable for sizes 1/2 through 2, meeting Ex II2 GD; Ex d IIC Gb; Ex t IIIC Db; IP66.

In terms of construction, sizes 1/2 through 2 feature an outer bronze braid, an inner brass core with an insulating liner, and brass end fittings. For sizes 2-1/2 through 4, the couplings consist of an outer stainless steel braid, an inner stainless steel core, and stainless steel end fittings, all with an insulating liner. The standard finishes are natural, with options for stainless steel available for sizes 1/2 through 2 (indicated by suffix -SS). Additional options include EXLK stainless steel unions (suffix -SU) and stainless steel nipples (suffix -NS), with custom lengths available upon request.
