The EXGJH and EXLK flexible couplings are specifically engineered for environments where vibration and movement present challenges. These couplings can effectively replace rigid conduit in difficult-bend scenarios, enhancing installation flexibility.
Constructed with attention to material specifications, the couplings ranging from 1/2 to 2 inches feature an outer bronze braid with an inner brass core and insulating liner, while sizes from 2-1/2 to 4 inches utilize an outer stainless steel braid and an inner stainless steel core, both with insulating liners. The standard finishes are natural, with options available in all-stainless steel configurations. Custom lengths can be arranged upon request.
In terms of compliance, these couplings meet NEC/CEC certifications for various sizes, ensuring safety in Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F, G; and Class III environments. Additionally, they carry ATEX certifications for sizes in stainless steel, which include Ex II2 GD, Ex d IIC Gb, Ex t IIIC Db, and an IP66 rating.
