The PlexPower Series Factory Sealed Panelboards, designated as PN RFSG442MLQRP, utilize circuit breaker modules that offer explosionproof protection for standard off-the-shelf breakers, thereby removing the necessity for a bulky cast enclosure. This design allows for a lighter, more compact panelboard enclosure, facilitating easier installation.

Field modifications are straightforward; breakers can be replaced, upgraded, or added without the need for removing bolted covers, sealing, or rewiring. This ensures the integrity of the flamepath remains uncompromised. The panelboards are particularly suited for safeguarding lighting, power, and heat trace circuits in environments that are wet, exposed to weather, corrosive, or classified as hazardous.

Specifications include lighting panels operating at 120 to 240 V with QC breakers, and power panels designed for 480 to 600 V featuring F-Frame breakers. The standard construction employs a 316L stainless steel enclosure complemented by stainless steel hardware and a hard drawn, tin plated, copper bus bar.
