The Balluff Weld-immune inductive sensors BES M30MI-PSC15A-S04G-W12 are engineered for applications requiring high resistance to magnetic fields. Featuring a cylindrical design with dimensions of Ø 30 x 65 mm, these sensors are optimized for flush mounting and offer a sensing range of 15 mm. The switching output is PNP normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 750 Hz, ensuring fast and accurate detection.
Constructed with a brass housing coated with PTFE and a PPS sensing surface, these sensors are built to withstand demanding conditions. The connector is M12x1-Male, 3-pin, providing secure and reliable connections. Operating within a voltage range of 10...30 VDC, the sensors are protected against polarity reversal, device mix-ups, and short circuits.
With an IP67 rating, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments. They conform to CE, cULus, and WEEE standards, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Additional features include factor 1 weld immunity, enhancing their reliability in welding applications.
