The Festo DGC-K-25- Linear Actuator is a versatile and high-performance solution designed for a wide range of industrial applications. With a stroke range of 1 mm to 8500 mm and a piston diameter of 25 mm, this actuator offers exceptional flexibility and precision. It features adjustable pneumatic cushioning at both ends, ensuring smooth and controlled operation.
The actuator supports any mounting position and is compatible with proximity sensors for accurate position sensing. It operates on a double-acting mode with an operating pressure range of 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa (2 bar to 8 bar). The actuator is compliant with CE and UKCA marking standards, making it suitable for use in explosive environments (Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 22) as per ATEX and UK EX directives.
Constructed with a die-cast aluminum cover and NBR/TPE-U(PU) seals, the DGC-K-25- actuator is RoHS-compliant and offers low corrosion resistance (CRC 1). It is also LABS (PWIS) conformant according to VDMA24364-B1/B2-L standards, making it suitable for use in the food industry. The actuator operates within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 60°C and supports operation with oil lubrication for extended use.
With a theoretical force of 295 N at 6 bar (both retracting and advancing), the DGC-K-25- actuator delivers reliable performance for demanding applications. It also features alternative connection options as per the product drawing, ensuring easy integration into existing systems.
