These Bundling Clips with Arrowhead are specifically designed for effective cable management in the automotive industry. Featuring a fixation method that utilizes arrowhead mounts, these clips provide a secure connection with high holding forces. The clips are particularly suitable for drill holes that require moisture protection due to their seal feature.
Constructed from Polyamide 6 (PA6), these clips are compliant with ELV requirements and achieve a flammability rating of UL 94 V2. They can operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, withstanding up to +105 °C for extended periods. Their dimensions include a bundling bar length of 55.0 mm, a disc diameter of 16.0 mm, and a width of 8.0 mm. The clips accommodate panel thicknesses ranging from 0.6 to 2.0 mm and are designed to fit hole diameters of 6.2 to 6.7 mm.
Packaged in bags containing 2000 pieces, these clips enable efficient installation and retrofitting of individual cables, optimizing operational efficiency for specific equipment configurations. The included wings on the clip base further enhance their stability and usability.

- These Clips comprise winder bars with arrowhead mounts. The arrowhead is easy to mount in the drill hole. High holding forces make the connection secure. The Tape Clips with seal are the ideal solution for drill holes which need to be protected against the ingress of moisture. The ATS-versions can be used with our automatic bundle systems also. TapeClips with OmegaClips offer the additional advantage of beiing able to accommodate the addition of individual cables by means of retrofitting post-installation; these cables can then run in parallel. This maximises operational efficiency for example where special equipment configurations in the automotive industry involving cable installations are concerned.
