The SmartVFD BYPASS is a variable frequency drive (VFD) specifically developed for HVAC systems, facilitating energy savings by adjusting the speed of pumps and fans. With a power rating of 75 HP and operational voltage of 460VAC, this device is engineered to work either in conjunction with a building automation system or independently using its internal PID capabilities.

This model includes a NEMA 12 enclosure and is equipped with two contactor bypasses for enhanced operational flexibility. It supports a continuous output current rating of 105 A, with overload capabilities of 1.1 times the rated current for short durations. The unit features a range of environmental tolerances, operating effectively in ambient temperatures from 14 °F to 104 °F and humidity levels up to 95%.

Additional specifications include a minimum deceleration and acceleration time of 0.1 seconds, with maximum values reaching 3000 seconds. The VFD incorporates an EMC filter for reduced electromagnetic interference.
