The resilient seated butterfly valve, designated as 2-Way, is designed for effective control of chilled, hot, or cooling tower water systems. It operates within a range of pipe sizes from 2 to 24 inches, making it versatile for various applications.

This valve features a flanged pipe connection type with ANSI Class 125/150 compatibility, utilizing a total of four flange bolts. The valve body is constructed from epoxy powder-coated ductile iron (ASTM A536), while the valve stem is made of 416 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

It includes a spring fail-safe actuator (MBS7L3F2/U) rated at NEMA 2 IP54, with a modulating control signal and a valve flow characteristic of modified equal percentage. The valve is configured to be normally closed, with a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (121 °C). It supports chilled or hot water media with up to 60% glycol, although it is not suitable for steam or fuels.

Notably, the valve demonstrates a flow coefficient of 44 CV (38 Kvs) and a rangeability ratio of 10:1. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -22 °F (-30 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C), ensuring reliable performance across a broad range of conditions. The leakage is rated at 0%, indicating a high level of sealing integrity.
