This illuminated emergency stop (E-STOP) device integrates an AS-i interface, allowing for effective monitoring and control in safety-critical environments. It is designed to meet stringent safety standards, including EN ISO 13849 PL e and IEC 61508 SIL3 classifications, ensuring reliable operation during emergency situations.
The device operates within a voltage range of 26.5 to 31.6 V DC and has a maximum current consumption of 50 mA from the AS-i network. It features a PNP input circuit and is capable of supporting a sensor supply of 20 V, making it suitable for various applications. The digital inputs are protected against short circuits, enhancing operational safety.
With an ambient temperature tolerance of -25 to 60 °C and an IP67 protection rating, this E-STOP is constructed to withstand harsh industrial conditions. The unit is housed in a rectangular shape, constructed from PC-GF20 material, and weighs approximately 330.6 g. The dimensions of the device are 93.5 x 72 x 105 mm.
Equipped with an LED indicator for status display, this E-STOP utilizes an M12 connector for electrical connections, ensuring straightforward integration into existing systems. The designation code for this product is E-stop illuminated IP67, and it is classified under AS-i version 2.1, with a maximum current load of 10 mA per output.
