The Keyence FW-H02 Sensor Head is a high-performance component of the FW Series High Power Digital Ultrasonic Sensors. Designed for precision and reliability, this sensor head features a detecting area of 50 to 200 mm, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. With a response speed of 250 ms and temperature characteristics of 0.25% of F.S./°C, it ensures accurate and consistent performance even in fluctuating temperatures.
The FW-H02 is equipped with an operation indicator lamp that turns on when the power is activated, providing clear visual feedback. Its robust construction includes materials such as brass-nickel plating, PBT, polyurethane, and polyamide resin, ensuring durability and long-term use. The sensor head is designed to withstand harsh conditions with an IP67 enclosure rating, making it resistant to dust and water ingress.
Environmental resistance is further enhanced with vibration resistance of 10 to 55 Hz, double amplitude 1.5 mm, tested for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z axes. The sensor head operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C and relative humidity levels of 35 to 85% RH, without condensation.
The FW-H02 comes with essential accessories, including two M18 nuts, a 2-meter head cable, and a standard mounting bracket (FW-B01), facilitating easy installation and integration into your system.
