The Keyence PX-H61 Reflective Sensor Head is engineered for robust and precise detection in demanding industrial environments. Utilizing a red 4-element LED light source with a wavelength of 630 nm, this sensor head offers exceptional detection ranges across multiple modes: TURBO (400 mm), SUPER (600 mm), ULTRA (1200 mm), and MEGA (2000 mm). Its compact design ensures easy integration into various systems, while the advanced optical components guarantee reliable performance.
Constructed with a SUS303 stainless steel housing and high-quality plastic parts (PMP, POM), the PX-H61 is built to withstand harsh conditions. The lens is made from BK7, providing excellent durability and clarity. The sensor head is rated IP68, IP68g, NEMA 4X, 6P, 13, and IP69K, ensuring protection against dust, water, and other environmental factors.
With resistance to ambient light up to 20,000 lux (incandescent) and 30,000 lux (sunlight), the PX-H61 maintains accuracy in various lighting conditions. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and relative humidity of 35 to 85% RH. The sensor head also features robust vibration resistance, enduring 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each axis (X, Y, Z).
