The Amp-Trap 2000 SmartSpot time-delay A2D-R fuses offer IEC Type 2 'no damage' protection for mains, feeders, and branch circuits. These fuses are engineered to open rapidly in extreme fault conditions, ensuring maximum short circuit protection to prevent damage to motor starters, switches, and other circuit components. In addition, they provide the necessary time-delay for accommodating motor in-rush currents.

A2D-R fuses are suitable for replacing older 250V Class H, K, or RK5 fuses that may already be in use. With a rated AC and DC voltage of 250V and an ampere rating of 1A, these fuses are compliant with ROHS standards. The Class RK1 designation indicates their time-delay characteristic, while the clip mounting facilitates easy installation. The maximum interrupting rating is 200 kA, ensuring high reliability under fault conditions.
