The Amp-Trap 2000 SmartSpot A2D-R fuses are engineered to deliver IEC Type 2 "no damage" protection for mains, feeders, and branch circuits that cater to both motor and non-motor loads. Rated at 250V and 30A, these time-delay fuses are capable of rapid interruption under extreme fault conditions, thus ensuring maximum short circuit protection. This capability helps to safeguard motor starters, switches, and various other circuit components from potential damage.

Moreover, the time-delay feature of the A2D-R fuses accommodates the in-rush currents associated with motors, making them suitable for a variety of applications. These fuses can also effectively replace outdated 250V Class H, K, or RK5 fuses currently in use. The design includes a SmartSpot® indication system to provide visual feedback on fuse status.

Constructed with a poly tube body and fitted with tin-plated copper terminals, this fuse is compliant with ROHS standards. Its clip mounting style and dimensions of 2 inches in length and 0.56 inches in diameter make it adaptable for numerous installations.
