The STP T23 20 model serves as a combined Type 2+3/Class II+III surge protective device, specifically engineered for discharging voltage surges while maintaining a precise voltage protection level in accordance with EN/IEC 61643. It is intended as the final layer of protection in electrical panels where upstream Type 2 devices, such as STP T2 40, are already installed. For optimal performance, these surge protective devices (SPDs) should be positioned as close as feasible to the equipment that requires safeguarding.

Constructed with a steel contact and a body made of PA66 CT1 material that complies with V-0 standards, this device also meets ROHS compliance requirements. It is designed for DIN-rail mounting and supports configurations with 1 to 4 poles.
