The Omron E3T-SL24 2M Photoelectric Sensor is an ultracompact, high-performance sensor designed for precise detection in limited spaces. Featuring a built-in amplifier and a limited reflective sensing method, this sensor ensures accurate object detection within a range of 5 to 30 mm. The sensor operates in Dark-ON mode and utilizes a red LED light source for reliable performance.
Constructed with a durable polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) housing, the E3T-SL24 is designed to withstand harsh industrial environments. It offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. The sensor's compact size and M2 mounting make it ideal for applications where space is at a premium.
The E3T-SL24 features a PNP open collector output and a pre-wired 2-meter cable for easy installation. It is equipped with protective circuits to guard against output short-circuits, reverse polarity, and power supply issues. The sensor's fast 1 ms response time ensures quick and accurate detection, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
Additional features include an operation indicator (orange) and a stability indicator (green) for easy status monitoring. The sensor is designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial settings.
