The Omron E5DC-RX2DSM-000 Digital Temperature Controller is a high-performance device designed for precise temperature regulation in industrial applications. Featuring PID control, this controller ensures accurate and stable temperature management. It is designed for easy installation on a DIN rail with a compact 22.5mm width, making it ideal for space-constrained environments.
This controller supports a wide range of temperature input types, including thermocouples (B, C, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, U) and RTDs (Pt100, JPt100), as well as linear analog inputs (0 to 10 V, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 V, 1 to 5 V, 4 to 20 mA). The temperature range spans from -200 to 2300 °C, catering to diverse industrial needs.
The E5DC-RX2DSM-000 is equipped with a relay control output and two auxiliary outputs, providing flexibility in control and alarm configurations. The device operates on a supply voltage of 24 VAC/DC, ensuring compatibility with various power systems. The screw terminal type ensures secure and reliable connections.
Designed with user convenience in mind, this controller features a large white PV display for enhanced visibility and easy monitoring. The high-speed sampling rate of 50 ms ensures rapid response to temperature changes, making it suitable for dynamic processes.
