The Fusion Splice LC Connector is engineered for the installation of multimode fiber optics conforming to the OM3, OM4, and OM5 specifications. Designed for 900-micron tight-buffered or 250μm loose-tube fibers, it enables field termination within approximately two minutes using standard fusion splice machines, which are not included.

Notably, this connector features a pre-polished fiber endface, which significantly reduces the time associated with field polishing, thus minimizing installation costs. The connector is available in an aqua color for both the front assembly and the rear assembly/boot. It is compliant with RoHS standards and meets TIA/EIA-604 FOCIS-10 specifications, exceeding TIA/EIA-568-D.3 requirements.

This simplex body style connector is suitable for initial installations of fiber links, maintenance, and repairs to existing links, thereby minimizing downtime during operations.
