The UC-EM (10X7) snap-in markers are tailored for specific customer labeling needs, providing a practical solution for organized identification. With a lettering field size of 10 mm in width and 7 mm in length, these markers can be conveniently mounted by snapping them into a marker carrier.

Each sheet consists of 20 labels, with a row configuration allowing for 4 individual labels per row. Constructed from PA material, these markers are designed to endure ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 120 °C. For optimal storage, it is recommended to keep them at 23 °C with 50% relative humidity, stored in a dry and dark environment within their original packaging.

The markers conform to several industry standards, including wipe resistance as per DIN EN 61010-1 and a flammability rating of V2 according to UL 94. Furthermore, they meet fire protection requirements for rail vehicles as outlined in DIN EN 45545-2, classified under R22, R23, and R24 with HL 1 - HL 2 ratings.

Additionally, these components are free from silicone and halogen, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, including China RoHS. The test for paint wetting impairment substances has passed, confirming their suitability for various applications.
