Descripción del producto

This surge protective device, designated as VAL-SEC-T2-2+F-380DC-FM, is engineered for isolation and grounding within DC voltage systems, accommodating voltages up to 380 V DC. It features a pluggable design that eliminates leakage current, enhancing safety and reliability. The device is mountable on a DIN rail and includes a three-position base element equipped with a remote indication contact.

The system comprises three temperature-monitored protective elements, each providing a status message through an optical indicator on the plug. Its construction is robust, with a maximum continuous operating voltage of 450 V DC and a nominal discharge current rating of 20 kA, ensuring effective surge protection.

Notably, the surge arrester is designed to operate within a range of ambient temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C, making it suitable for diverse environmental conditions. It meets the IEC test classification II and adheres to EN 61643-11 standards, confirming its reliability in surge protection applications. The device is also capable of withstanding shock and vibration, rated for 30g and 5g respectively.
