The String Combiner Box (SCB) is engineered for photovoltaic systems supporting voltages up to 1,000 V DC, specifically designed to connect 1x 2 strings. This model, designated as SOL-SC-2ST-0-DC-1MPPT-1101UD, facilitates string entry from above. It is equipped with surge protection compliant with Type 1/2 standards, a DC switch disconnector, and SUNCLIX DC connectors for both input and output, which are included as standard.

The SCB features a maximum open-circuit voltage of 1,100 V DC and can handle a maximum current of 16 A per string, with support for a total current of up to 32 A per MPP tracker. Its robust design, constructed from polycarbonate materials, ensures a high degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various environmental conditions with an operational temperature range of -20 °C to 45 °C.

With a compact footprint of 180 mm in width and height, and a depth of 111 mm, it is optimized for space efficiency. The device supports a cable cross-section range from 2.5 mm² to 6 mm², with a connection method based on screw technology.
