The ME 22,5 UT/FE BUS/ 5 GN is designed for DIN rail mounting and comprises a lower housing part equipped with a metal foot catch and FE contact. This tall housing measures 22.6 mm in width, 99 mm in height, and 107.3 mm in depth, and is presented in green (color code: 6021). The integrated bus connector allows for a cross connection with five positions.

Manufactured in Germany, this modular housing is part of the ME series, specifically intended for lower housing parts that require additional covers to complete the module. It incorporates ventilation openings to enhance airflow, supporting optimal operation in various environments. The housing accommodates a nominal current of 8 A and operates under varying voltage ratings, including 63 V and 300 V, with corresponding rated surge voltages.

Furthermore, the insulating material is composed of PA, rated with a flammability classification of V0 according to UL 94. The ambient temperature range for operation reaches up to 105 °C, whilst storage and transport conditions can withstand temperatures between -40 °C and 55 °C.
