The Altistart 22 soft starter is tailored for 3-phase asynchronous motors, facilitating a voltage supply range from 208V to 575V AC. With a power capacity of 40 to 125 horsepower and a starter rating of 140A, it is suitable for various applications including centrifugal pumps, fans, piston pumps, and material handling machinery. The device's slim design enhances installation flexibility, allowing it to fit within diverse machine frames.
Incorporating an integrated bypass feature, the soft starter minimizes noise and reduces heat dissipation, contributing to operational efficiency. The compatibility with SoMove software enables straightforward configuration and rapid installation of spare units. This product is engineered to provide smooth starting, which mitigates mechanical stress and prolongs the lifespan of connected equipment.
Designed in accordance with IEC 60947-4-2 standards, this unit operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 40°C without derating, and up to 60°C with current derating. The soft starter also withstands environmental conditions with a relative humidity tolerance of 0-95% without condensation.
