Schneider Electric's Altivar Process ATV600 is a versatile variable speed drive, capable of powering 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. It boasts three built-in RJ45 communication ports, one Ethernet port, and two serial ports for comprehensive connectivity. Operating at a rated supply voltage between 380V to 480V AC, this drive offers up to 30% energy savings when on standby due to its innovative 'Stop and Go' operation.
This drive is suitable for motors with power ratings up to 4kW / 5hp for applications requiring slight overload (up to 120%) or up to 3kW / 4hp for applications requiring significant overload (up to 150%). Weighing 4.6kg and measuring 144mm in width, 350mm in height, and 203mm in depth, it is designed for optimal performance in fluids management processing, water and wastewater treatment, mining, minerals and metals, oil and gas, and food and beverage industries.
The Altivar Process ATV600 comes with a range of accessories (fan kit, graphic display terminal) and options (I/O expansion modules, communication modules, EMC input filters), depending on the drive rating. It is designed to be mounted in a vertical position (+/- 10°) on a wall, making it an ideal choice for process and utilities seeking equipment efficiency and total cost of ownership.
