The servo motor BMH is an integral component of the Lexium 32 series, suitable for motion control applications requiring a power output of 1600 W at supply voltages of 400 V or 480 V. It features a maximum mechanical speed of 6000 RPM and a continuous stall torque of 6.2 Nm, making it ideal for high-load scenarios.
Equipped with a keyed shaft and lacking a holding brake, this motor integrates a SinCos Hiperface® encoder with a resolution of 32768 points/turn, enabling precise position feedback to the servo drive. The motor's design includes a three-phase stator and neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets, contributing to its effective performance.
With an IP54 rating, the motor is protected against dust and water splashes, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. The physical dimensions are 160.6 mm in length and 100 mm in width, with a centering collar diameter of 95 mm and mounting holes suitable for an international standard flange. The weight of the motor is 4.92 kg, and it supports natural convection cooling for optimal thermal management.
