The TeSys D contactor is engineered for integration into control systems, suitable for creating motor starters across various applications. This model, rated at 80A inductive for three poles, can be mounted either on a DIN rail or directly to a panel. It accommodates a range of motor ratings, including 25HP at 200 to 208VAC, 30HP at 240VAC, 60HP at 480VAC, and 60HP at 600VAC for three-phase configurations. Additionally, it supports single-phase operation with 7.5HP at 115VAC and 15HP at 240VAC.

With a short-circuit current rating (SCCR) of up to 100kA when paired with a 480VAC circuit breaker rated for up to 150A or a 600VAC fuse rated for up to 175A, this contactor ensures robust performance under varied conditions. The supplied 220VDC coil includes a transient suppressor module, while the device features one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact, the latter being mirror certified.
