The Schneider Electric TeSys T is a robust motor management system designed to enhance productivity and predictive maintenance. It offers a wide range of features including current, voltage, and power monitoring, as well as support for six communication protocols: Modbus™, CANopen, DeviceNet™, Profibus™, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus/TCP.
The system is composed of several components, including the LTMR controller, expansion module, HMI, and software. The LTMR controller manages basic functions such as ground current measurement, motor temperature monitoring, and three-phase current measurement. It also includes logic inputs and outputs for fault management.
The expansion module provides additional inputs and measures voltage between phases, enhancing the system's capabilities. The TeSys T is highly reliable with a state-of-the-art component selection, all-in-one design, and advanced electronic protection, ensuring a long product life. It is suitable for various harsh environments such as dusty atmospheres, marine applications, high vibration applications, and corrosive atmospheres.
This motor management system is used in industries like Metal/Mining/Mineral, Oil & Gas, Water Wastewater. The TeSys T LTMR controller specifically measures a current range of 0.4-8A with a supply voltage of 100-240 Vac and uses EtherNet/Modbus TCP/IP as the communication protocol.
