The Multi9 C60SP functions as a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB) designed for distribution applications. With a rated current of 5A at 25 °C and a D curve, it possesses a rated short circuit breaking capacity of up to 10 kA at 240 V AC in accordance with UL 1077 standards, and 3 kA at 415 V AC per EN/IEC 60947-2.

This MCB is suitable for both AC and DC network types and complies with industrial standards such as EN/IEC 60898-1. It features an operational voltage of 240 VAC and can withstand a maximum impulse voltage of 6 kV. The device supports DIN rail mounting and has a compact width of 18 mm, occupying 2 pitches of 9 mm.

Its construction includes a toggle control type and tunnel type terminals accommodating rigid wires from 1 to 25 mm² and flexible wires from 1 to 16 mm².
