The OsiSense XC compact limit switch body, designated as ZCP, adheres to the European standard EN50047 for positive opening contacts, making it suitable for safety applications. It is part of the XCKD range, which offers a variety of body types, heads, and limit switch arms. Users can purchase complete limit switches or subcomponents to customize their assembly according to specific needs.

This limit switch is widely applicable in sectors such as packaging, materials handling, conveying, machining, and food and beverage industries. With a fixed body design made from plastic and a compact form factor, it measures 31 mm in width, 30 mm in depth, and has a height of 65 mm.

Electrical specifications include a minimum actuation speed of 0.01 m/s and a rated insulation voltage of up to 300 V. The limit switch supports screw-clamp terminals and features silver-plated contacts with a snap action mechanism that ensures reliable operation across a wide temperature range of -25 to 70 °C. The OsiSense XC also demonstrates impressive electrical durability, rated for 5,000,000 cycles at various voltage levels, and is compatible with XCKP products.
