The Sick IME12-04BPSZC0S Inductive Proximity Sensor is designed for precise and reliable detection of metallic objects in industrial environments. With a sensing range of 4 mm and a safe sensing range of 3.24 mm, this sensor ensures accurate performance in various applications. The sensor features a flush installation type, allowing it to be mounted seamlessly in tight spaces.
Equipped with a PNP switching output and a male connector M12, 4-pin, the IME12-04BPSZC0S offers easy integration into existing systems. Its robust construction includes a brass, nickel-plated housing and a plastic sensing face, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The sensor operates within a wide temperature range of -25°C to +75°C, making it suitable for various industrial environments.
With an IP67 enclosure rating, the sensor is protected against dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging conditions. The IME12-04BPSZC0S complies with EN 60947-5-2 standards and includes essential safety features such as short-circuit protection and power-up pulse protection.
This sensor is ideal for applications requiring high switching frequency, up to 2,000 Hz, and offers excellent shock and vibration resistance.
