The Sick MHL15-P3336V Photoelectric Retro-Reflective Sensor is designed for demanding applications in hygienic and washdown zones. Featuring a dual lens system, this sensor ensures precise and reliable detection with a maximum sensing range of up to 5 meters. The visible red light LED provides a clear and accurate light spot, making it ideal for various industrial automation tasks.
Constructed with a robust stainless steel housing (V4A, 1.4404, 316L) and a plastic PMMA optics material, the MHL15-P3336V offers exceptional durability and resistance to harsh environments. The sensor is equipped with a male connector M12, 4-pin for easy integration and connectivity.
With an enclosure rating of IP67, IP68, and IP69K, this sensor is protected against dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. The sensor operates within a wide ambient temperature range of –25 °C to +55 °C, making it suitable for various industrial settings.
The MHL15-P3336V features a PNP switching output with light switching mode, providing a fast response time of ≤ 1.25 ms and a switching frequency of 400 Hz. It also includes comprehensive circuit protection (A, C, D) and complies with UL standards (NRKH.E189383 & NRKH7.E189383).
