The SMC CDQ2-Z Compact Cylinder is designed for applications requiring a compact, space-saving solution. This double acting, single rod cylinder features a lightweight construction, reducing weight by 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series. The cylinder is available in a wide range of bore sizes from Φ4 to Φ200, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

With the ability to mount small auto switches on up to four surfaces, the CDQ2-Z series offers enhanced flexibility and ease of integration. The absence of auto switch projections further contributes to its compact design. The cylinder also includes added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, allowing for versatile mounting options.

The CDQ2-Z series is designed with a built-in magnet and through-hole mounting style, ensuring reliable performance and easy installation. The standard stroke length is 50 mm, and the cylinder features a rod end with a female thread. The auto switch mounting groove accommodates Φ12-Φ25 on 2 sides and Φ32-Φ100 on 4 sides.
